Instructions for returning or exchanging an item

We are no longer offering free returns due the rising cost of postage.

Domestic and international returns

Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange a size or colour, that’s okay! Please request the required items when completing the returns form.

To expedite service, you may choose to:

  • return any unwanted items and request a refund

  • place a new order for your prefer colour and size for immediate dispatch. This will avoid delays or disappointment if your preferred item/variant is no longer in stock.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if they comply with the following conditions.

  • Return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery from our store

  • Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in the original packing with garment labels attached

  • Your returned item was not purchased ‘on sale’.

How refunds are made

We will credit your original method of payment, excluding your original postage costs within 30 days of receiving your returned item. You will receive an email to confirm your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

Refunds can take up to 2 weeks to present on a customer’s bank statement. The refund will present as a credit notice.
