We deliver to the countries that are available to you in the drop-down menu when you register for a shopping account. We'll do everything to make sure a timely arrival of your purchased items to your designated address.
Your delivery address
Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes because a signature is required. You'll need to enter a street address or your work address, where they'll be someone to sign for your package. We use Australia Post for all our deliveries — unless you want to pick up your items from our store in Uralla, NSW.
Multiple deliver addresses
If you want one/some of your items delivered to an additional address, please place a separate order for the item(s). So, one order per delivery address.
International customs charges and import duties
Because customs policies and import duties vary between countries, we are unable to tell you whether charges will be payable and what this cost will be. When there are additional custom charges, you'll have to pay for this on receipt of the package.
The Uralla Wool Room will not be responsible for any customs charges and import duties.
Delivery of your package
To ensure we are able to track your package until its delivered safely to your designated address we use Australia Post. The receipt of your package needs to be signed for. There will be a copy of the signature of the person that received the package, and the courier driver can be identified.
Delivery times will depend on the options available to you at the checkout. Approximate delivery times are as follows:
5–10 working days* (depending on the destination).

* On rare occasions there may be supply issue with a purchased product that may not have arrived in our store. In such circumstances, you'll receive an email from The Uralla Wool Room to notify you of an expected delay in delivery time.
Tracking your package
We will email you the tracking number of your package. You will be able to follow the progress of your package through Australia Post.
When your package arrives
When you receive your order, please check immediately to ensure you have received the correct item/s, and that no damage has occurred during delivery.
Items damaged on arrival?
If there is damage to the packaging that has affected your purchase, please contact us and let us know that your purchased item(s) has been damaged during delivery. You should then return the item to The Uralla Wool Room by following the return instructions on the packing slip, and clearly marking ‘Damaged/Defective’ when indicating the reason for the return. Provide comments if necessary. After we received the damage item(s), a replacement will be sent to you (no delivery fee applies). Please allow 3–5 working days from our receipt of the item for your replacement to be processed. If we are are unable to replace the item(s), we'll contact you immediately and refund you the cost of the damaged item(s).
If your package is in perfect condition, but you discover the item/s inside are damaged or defective, please immediately return it to us by following the instructions above. Please contact us to let us know that you are returning the item, so that we can reserve a replacement item for you.
