Postage Information For International Customers

The Uralla Wool Room sends orders all over the world. For our international customers please proceed with completing your shopping cart, we will then email you with the final cost in AU$ and a relevant currency conversion, This total will include registered / express postage and expected time of delivery and a currency conversion.

Return Policy

Every effort is made to ensure your purchase is in perfect order when it is posted to you. If you wish to return your purchase we are happy to refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of invoice. Please email us with your intention and reason for returning your purchase.

Refunds and exchanges will incur postage and handling costs.

All returned items must be received by us in their original condition. We cannot refund or exchange on items that have been worn or damaged in anyway.

We check for any faults before sending your garment to you.

If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty garment please email us immediately to inform us of the problem and to arrange an exchange or refund.

Again items returned must not have been worn or damaged and returns must be sent within 14 days of date on invoice.
